jitaace365 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jitaace365 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jitaace365 ("Platform", "we" or "us").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Security

Required Documents

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable).

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

General Transaction Terms

jitaace365 does not charge any fees for processing transactions, however fees from the payment method itself may apply. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳14,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per member.
• Bonus offers must be used within a specified period.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be applicable at the same time.
• jitaace365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

VIP Cashback Program

Regular members will receive weekly cashback according to their VIP tier: Bronze members up to 0.2%, Silver members up to 0.5%, Gold members up to 0.7%, Platinum members up to 1.0%, and Diamond members up to 1.2% cashback.

All gaming activities on the jitaace365 platform are subject to the following rules:

General Gaming Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error, we will investigate the issue and make a decision.
• jitaace365 is not responsible for issues caused by internet connection disruptions.
• In the case of bets affected by a genuine software error, jitaace365's decision is final.

Sports Betting

• Odds for cricket, football and other events are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount is generally refunded, however different rules may apply in specific circumstances.
• Betting based on insider information is strictly prohibited.

Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) also apply.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaace365 platform and, if proven, will result in immediate account closure:

• Registering with false information or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

Financial Fraud

Gaming Rule Violations

• Knowingly exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Playing using automated bots or software.

jitaace365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• In response to a court order or legal claim.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. Eligible funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before closure.

Balance During Suspension

For closures due to reasons other than disciplinary action, applicable real money (excluding bonuses) will be returned. In cases of closure due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to another person's account (if the member has shared their credentials).
• Service disruptions caused by reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Our total liability will in no case exceed the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.

jitaace365 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes:

• Notice will be given at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Notice will be sent via email or through a message within the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Immediate changes may also take effect in cases of fraud or legal compliance requirements.
